• Upholding Service Excellence: Adhere to Alopex Couriers’ high service standards, demonstrating commitment to our white glove service through every customer interaction and maintaining your vehicle’s pristine condition.
• Effective Daily Operations and Team Leadership: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensure accurate completion and submission of required paperwork, and cultivate positive relationships with our team and valued customers. Additionally, recruit and manage a relief driver to maintain seamless operations during any absences.
• Diverse Route Options for Maximum Earnings or Flexible Scheduling: We offer a variety of routes that cater to different preferences—whether you’re aiming for routes with a higher value to maximize your cash flow or seeking extra work with less volume for a more flexible schedule, we have options to fit your needs.

Requirements for Success:

• Vehicle Ownership: Possess a clean, well-maintained van suitable for deliveries across all terrains and weather conditions, handling all related expenses.
• Licensing and Certifications: Maintain a valid Driver’s License, a clean commercial abstract, necessary liability insurance, a Dangerous Goods Handling Certificate, and WorkSafeBC registration for both Owner and Relief Driver.
