My name is Bev. I live in Lytton, BC. I am sure you have read about it. Our village was burned to the ground in June 2021. Our residence was saved, however it became necessary to do 90% of our shopping online.  Which of course required couriers to bring our parcels to us. Most of the big name couriers said that ” we lived out of the service area.” We live 5.5 miles from what was Lytton, on a highway that is gazetted and maintained by the Dept. Of Highways.  Yet, this is how we were treated. After our Village was lost and the stress and anxiety we went through, now we were told that we were not in their service area. Some did hire contract couriers, most did not.

Then one day months ago, a white van with ALOPEX written on the side pulled into my driveway and the weight of the world was lifted off of my shoulders.  Since then, I have had ALOPEX deliver many times. It is always the same driver and I feel ashamed to say that I do not even know his name. He is an older fellow with gray hair. I would like to take this opportunity to give him a shout out.  He is incredibly kind and polite. He is consistently in an uplifting mood and is very professional. In my opinion, he is an asset to your company and a fine representative. 

I was an office manager for a Freight Forwarding company for a number of years.  I know the value we placed on our customers and how important they were to us.  They were the cornerstone of our business and we never forgot that. That is the feeling I got from your driver and he made me feel like I MATTERED.  Thank you so much for having him represent your company.  The larger Courier Companies could learn a great deal from you.

I just had to write to you because he was here today and reminded me how much I appreciate him and ALOPEX.  Thanks for everything and I hope you will track the Driver down and relay my letter to him.  Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I had a couple of packages that we were looking for since last Friday. Andra found my packages and kept me updated on their progress today, even letting me know when they were delivered. Excellent service! Please thank her for me. She did a great job and she was so pleasant to work with!

The staff are excellent at their job. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. We have had numerous parcels delivered to us which is off the beaten track, when other couriers refuse to deliver. The drivers are always friendly, polite and. professional. I highly recommend this company.

Just a quick note to say a very big thank you to Andra and another woman (I didn’t catch her name on the voicemail) as well as the delivery driver.

Andra was so lovely and helpful on the phone. And even though my husband signed the slip indicating the package could be left at the house, the driver knew of the recent increase in theft I’m our area and took the time to place the package in the most concealed area he could. After that, I received 2 separate calls letting me know not only the pkg was delivered but that they had gone the extra mile to keep it safe.

I just had this amazing woman Char come to my door, carrying a 40lb box, up a set of stairs, with a mask on, like it was a jug of milk. She’s so positive, happy and a joy to open the door to. Also, she alerted me of the weight of the box, not to hurt myself. Who does this? like actually who gives a hoot after the box lands on door step? thank you for hiring a great employee.
